Responsibilities
Site Execution: Oversee and manage day-to-day piping installation and site execution activities to ensure project timelines are met.
Work Management: Lead on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring that all piping work aligns with engineering specifications and safety protocols.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to KOC/KNPC work procedures and maintain meticulous project documentation.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, addressing any technical discrepancies or site challenges immediately.
Coordination: Liaise with project managers and other engineering disciplines to facilitate smooth workflow and integration on-site.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in piping engineering, with a focus on site execution.
Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) and KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company) standards and documentation processes.
Specialized Background: Previous experience working on Power Plant projects is highly preferred.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage site operations and lead technical teams effectively.
Residency: Preference may be given to candidates currently available within the region for immediate mobilization.

المسؤوليات
التنفيذ الميداني: الإشراف وإدارة أنشطة تركيب الأنابيب والتنفيذ اليومي في الموقع لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
إدارة العمل: قيادة الفرق الميدانية والمقاولين من الباطن، والتأكد من أن جميع أعمال الأنابيب تتوافق مع المواصفات الهندسية وبروتوكولات السلامة.
الامتثال والتوثيق: ضمان التزام جميع الأنشطة بدقة بإجراءات عمل شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) وشركة البترول الوطنية الكويتية (KNPC) والحفاظ على توثيق دقيق للمشروع.
ضبط الجودة: مراقبة جودة المواد وإتقان العمل، ومعالجة أي تناقضات فنية أو تحديات ميدانية بشكل فوري.
التنسيق: التواصل مع مديري المشاريع والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى لتسهيل سير العمل والتكامل في الموقع.
المتطلبات
