Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science ($BSc$) in Petroleum Engineering or a related Engineering field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry.
Specialization: Proven expertise in Stage Gate processes and AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) management.
Location: Based in Kuwait, supporting our regional petroleum engineering services.
Responsibilities
Managing the Stage Gate process to ensure project milestones meet technical and financial criteria.
Preparing and reviewing AFE documents to ensure accurate budget allocation and cost control.
Providing technical engineering support for integrated petroleum services and downhole operations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote core competitiveness through innovation.
Monitoring project lifecycles from R&D through to execution, ensuring alignment with BHDC’s scientific principles.
