Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Design and coordinate annual Professional Development (PD) for academic and non-academic staff.
Need Analysis: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
Program Management: Coordinate internal/external training and manage new employee induction programs.
Digital Innovation: Support and coordinate the creation of staff-led digital courses.
Reporting & Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of attendance and certification; prepare L&D impact reports for HR management.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or Business (CIPD, CHRM, or PHRi is a significant plus).
Experience: 2–5 years in Learning & Development, specifically within international school settings.
Skills: Strong stakeholder coordination, independent management, and digital content creation abilities.
Location: Hiring in Kuwait only.

المسؤوليات
التخطيط الاستراتيجي: تصميم وتنسيق أنشطة التطوير المهني (PD) السنوية للكادر الأكاديمي والإداري.
تحليل الاحتياجات: إجراء تحليل احتياجات التدريب (TNA) لتحديد فجوات المهارات.
إدارة البرامج: تنسيق البرامج التدريبية الداخلية والخارجية وإدارة برامج التوجيه للموظفين الجدد.
الابتكار الرقمي: دعم وتنسيق إنشاء الدورات الرقمية من قبل الموظفين.
التقارير والمتابعة: الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحضور والشهادات؛ وإعداد تقارير تأثير التدريب للإدارة.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في التربية، الموارد البشرية، أو الأعمال (شهادات CIPD أو CHRM أو PHRi تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
الخبرة: من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال التعلم والتطوير، وتحديداً في بيئة المدارس الدولية.
المهارات: مهارات قوية في تنسيق شؤون أصحاب المصلحة، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل تماماً.
الموقع: التوظيف داخل الكويت فقط.
