Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Accounts Management: Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded timely and accurately.
Budget Oversight: Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring departmental expenditures within the school group.
Compliance: Ensuring all financial activities comply with Kuwait’s local regulations and internal school policies.
Audit Support: Coordinating with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements
Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university.
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in accounting roles.
Residency: Must possess a valid and transferable residency in Kuwait.
Availability: Candidates must be able to join immediately or within a very short notice period.

التقارير المالية: إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والسنوية بدقة وفقاً للمعايير المحاسبية المتبعة.
إدارة الحسابات: إدارة حسابات الدفع والتحصيل، وضمان تسجيل جميع المعاملات في وقتها وبدقة.
الإشراف على الميزانية: المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية ومراقبة نفقات الأقسام داخل مجموعة المدارس.
الامتثال الضريبي والقانوني: ضمان توافق جميع الأنشطة المالية مع القوانين المحلية في الكويت وسياسات المدرسة الداخلية.
دعم التدقيق: التنسيق مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين وتوفير الوثائق والتفسيرات اللازمة.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: يجب الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة من جامعة معترف بها.
الخبرة: خبرة عملية مثبتة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 4 سنوات في أدوار محاسبية.
الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على إقامة صالحة وقابلة للتحويل داخل دولة الكويت.
الجهوزية: القدرة على الانضمام الفوري للعمل أو خلال فترة قصيرة جداً.
