Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years as a Warehouse Supervisor specifically within food manufacturing or food distribution.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of warehouse operations, stock rotation, and inventory control.
Compliance: Strong grasp of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP/ISO knowledge is a plus).
Legal: Must possess a valid Kuwait residency (Article 18 – Transferable).
Skills: Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a diverse warehouse team.
Responsibilities
Overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of food products.
Monitoring inventory levels and performing regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized facility.
Supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shifts, and evaluating performance.
Streamlining logistical processes to minimize waste and optimize delivery timelines.

الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمشرف مستودع، وتحديداً في مجال تصنيع أو توزيع المواد الغذائية.
المعرفة: فهم عميق لعمليات المستودعات، تدوير المخزون، والرقابة على العهدة.
الامتثال: إدراك قوي لمعايير سلامة الأغذية والاشتراطات الصحية (يفضل معرفة معايير HACCP أو ISO).
الوضع القانوني: يجب توفر إقامة كويتية صالحة (مادة 18 – قابلة للتحويل).
المهارات: قدرات قيادية مثبتة لإدارة وتوجيه فريق العمل في المستودع.
المسؤوليات
الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية للمستودع، بما في ذلك الاستلام والتخزين وشحن المنتجات الغذائية.
مراقبة مستويات المخزون وإجراء عمليات جرد دورية لضمان دقة البيانات.
ضمان الالتزام الصارم ببروتوكولات سلامة الأغذية والحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم المنشأة.
الإشراف على موظفي المستودع وتنسيق الورديات وتقييم الأداء.
تحسين العمليات اللوجستية لتقليل الهدر وتحقيق أقصى كفاءة في مواعيد التسليم.
