A leading fit-out and construction company is looking for a Purchase Officer for their office located in Kuwait City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for fit-out and construction projects

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery

• Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and supplier databases

• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast material requirements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement within construction or fit-out projects

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers in Kuwait is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office

شركة رائدة في مجال التشطيبات والإنشاءات تطلب مسؤول مشتريات (Purchase Officer)

للعمل في مكتبها بمدينة الكويت.

المهام الوظيفية:

• توفير وشراء المواد والمعدات والخدمات اللازمة لمشاريع التشطيبات والإنشاءات

• التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل الأسعار وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد

• الحفاظ على سجلات الشراء والعقود وقواعد بيانات الموردين بشكل دقيق

• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع وفرق المواقع لتحديد احتياجات المواد

• الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ولوائح العمل في الكويت

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو سلاسل الإمداد أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المشتريات بمجال الإنشاءات أو التشطيبات

• مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل والتنظيم

• معرفة بمواد البناء والموردين في الكويت تعتبر ميزة إضافية

• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office
