Responsibilities

• ERP Ownership: Act as the internal lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, managing finance, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing modules.

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee full-scale IT architecture, including on-prem/cloud servers, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Network & Security: Design and maintain network connectivity, firewalls, high-speed WiFi across facilities, and advanced cybersecurity controls.

• Physical Systems: Manage CCTV and physical security systems to ensure comprehensive facility protection.

• Strategy & Governance: Drive cybersecurity risk mitigation, IT governance, vendor management, and budget optimization.

• Project Leadership: Lead digital transformation initiatives and SLA-driven IT operations to ensure business continuity and system performance.

Requirements

• Industry Background: Proven experience within a manufacturing environment is mandatory.

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and optimizations.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT projects with organizational goals.

• Operational Mastery: Deep knowledge of network architecture, cloud integration (Azure), and cybersecurity compliance.

• Location: Must be currently based in Kuwait.

• Residency: Must hold a valid and transferable residency permit (Article 18).

• إدارة البنية التحتية: الإشراف على البنية التحتية الكاملة، بما في ذلك الخوادم (المحلية والسحابية)، وبيئات Microsoft Azure و Microsoft 365.

• الشبكات والأمن: تصميم وصيانة هياكل الشبكات، جدران الحماية، شبكات الـ WiFi عبر المرافق، وأنظمة الأمن السيبراني المتقدمة.

• الأنظمة الفيزيائية: إدارة أنظمة الـ CCTV وأنظمة الأمن المادي لضمان حماية شاملة للمنشآت.

• الاستراتيجية والحوكمة: قيادة استراتيجيات الحد من مخاطر الأمن السيبراني، وحوكمة تقنية المعلومات، وإدارة الموردين والميزانيات.

• قيادة المشاريع: الإشراف على مبادرات التحول الرقمي وعمليات تقنية المعلومات القائمة على اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA).

المتطلبات

• الخلفية الصناعية: خبرة سابقة ومثبتة في بيئة التصنيع (شرط أساسي).

• الخبرة التقنية: خبرة عملية قوية في قيادة وإدارة نظام Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

• الرؤية الاستراتيجية: القدرة على التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لمواءمة مشاريع التقنية مع أهداف الشركة.

• التمكن التشغيلي: معرفة عميقة بهندسة الشبكات، التكامل السحابي (Azure)، وامتثال الأمن السيبراني.
