HIRING: Purchase Manager (Perfume Company)

We are looking for a Purchase Manager (Perfume Industry / Relevant Background)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in procurement (preferably in perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industry)

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and perfume components

• Ensure timely purchase and delivery of goods

• Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team

• Ability to handle multiple vendors and urgent requirements

• Immediate joiners will be an advantage

• Preferred Arab nationality

📋 المهام والمتطلبات:

• خبرة سابقة كمدير مشتريات أو في مجال المشتريات

• يفضل في صناعة العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل أو FMCG

• إدارة عمليات الشراء من البداية حتى النهاية

• اختيار وتقييم الموردين للمواد الخام والتغليف ومكونات العطور

• متابعة التوريد وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد

• بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين المحليين والدوليين

• متابعة المخزون والتنسيق مع فريق الإنتاج

• القدرة على إدارة أكثر من مورد والطلبات العاجلة

• الأفضلية للجنسيات العربية

• يفضل الانضمام الفوري
