Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily kitchen operations and oversee a dedicated team of 4–6 members.

• Inventory & Fulfillment: Handle inventory management, order fulfillment, and coordinate GCC shipments.

• Digital Management: Maintain and manage the e-commerce platform (Shopify).

• Reporting & Compliance: Generate operational reports and ensure all activities meet GCC food standards.

• Sales Support: Provide essential support to the sales team to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in operations (F&B or e-commerce background preferred).

• Communication: Fully bilingual in Arabic and English.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.↚

• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and knowledge of GCC logistics/compliance.

• Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this role.

المسئوليات

• المخزون والتنفيذ: إدارة المخزون، تنفيذ الطلبات، وتنسيق الشحنات لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

• الإدارة الرقمية: إدارة منصة التجارة الإلكترونية (Shopify).

• التقارير والامتثال: إعداد التقارير التشغيلية وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الغذاء في دول الخليج.

• دعم المبيعات: تقديم الدعم اللازم لفريق المبيعات لتعزيز نمو الأعمال.

متطلبات الوظيفة

• الخبرة: من 3 إلى 4 سنوات في العمليات (يفضل في قطاع الأغذية أو التجارة الإلكترونية).

• اللغات: إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

• المهارات التقنية: إجادة استخدام منصة Shopify أو المنصات المشابهة.

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.

• المهارات الشخصية: قيادة قوية، مهارات اتصال ممتازة، ومعرفة بلوجستيات ومعايير الامتثال الخليجية.

• تفضيل: الأفضلية في هذا الدور للإناث.
