Technical & Engineering Roles

HVAC Division

• HVAC Supervisors: Lead technical teams, manage maintenance schedules, and oversee complex HVAC system installations and repairs.

• HVAC Technicians: Execute preventative maintenance and repairs for central and split cooling systems, ensuring optimal climate control.

Electrical & Specialized Engineering

• Electrical Engineer (Pumps, Control Panels & VFD): Technical lead responsible for the design, integration, and maintenance of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and sophisticated control panels for industrial pump systems.

• Electric Motor Winding Technicians: Skilled specialists in stripping, rewinding, and testing various types of electric motors to factory specifications.

• Electrical Technicians (Pumps & Control Panels): Field technicians focused on the wiring, troubleshooting, and repair of pump-related electrical infrastructure.

Specialized Facility Maintenance

• Sewage Pump Maintenance Technicians: Responsible for the upkeep, diagnostics, and emergency repair of sewage and wastewater pumping systems.

• Swimming Pool Technicians: Experts in pool chemistry, filtration systems, and mechanical pump maintenance to ensure water quality and safety.

Operational & Customer Support Roles

• Call Center Agents: Professional communicators to handle client inquiries, service requests, and technical support ticketing.

• Coordinators: Organized individuals to bridge the gap between clients and field technicians, managing schedules and logistics.

• Promoters: Dynamic professionals to represent the company's services and drive brand awareness in the Kuwaiti market.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.

• Residency: Must hold a valid and transferable residency permit (Article 18).

• Technical Skills: Relevant certification or degree in your specific field (Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC).

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in a similar role within facility management or technical services.
