  • Support the QA Manager in implementing and maintaining quality procedures that match Alghanim Food & Beverage brand standards and international requirements.
  • Audit Alghanim Food & Beverage stores in different markets according to food safety checklists and audit plans.
  • Audit suppliers across different markets based on the yearly supplier-audit calendar.
  • Monitor product quality continuously, keep accurate records, and take the necessary corrective actions when required.
  • Support store operations with quality assurance requirements and training related to new QA standards.
  • Ensure QA records are available, updated, and well organized.
  • Coordinate with laboratories, suppliers, and operations teams for required analysis according to approved plans.
  • Analyze results and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Send weekly and monthly quality department reports to operations teams and leaders.
  • Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions raised with operations teams.
