Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and advice.
- Send Quotations to Company and Follow up
- Create and maintain job cards, ensuring accurate billing and service records.
- Offer detailed explanations of repair processes and costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or administration within an automotive or mechanical repair setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred.
