Role Overview:
KDC is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to provide comprehensive HSE oversight across its Integrated Drilling Services. This role requires collaboration with service managers, drilling teams, and HSE advisors to ensure effective risk management, SIMOPS control, and compliance with KDC HSE standards in both office and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HSE oversight for all Integrated Drilling Services operations.
Monitor and manage SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) risks.
Ensure compliance with KDC HSE policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance to drilling teams and service managers.
Track, report, and analyze HSE incidents and performance metrics.
Coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for field and office personnel.
Provide recommendations to continuously improve safety standards and operational practices.
Requirements:
8–10 years of HSE experience, primarily within oilfield service lines.
Strong background in Integrated Services or service-company operations.
2–3 years of drilling HSE experience, preferably with SIMOPS and interface knowledge.
NEBOSH or IOSH certificate/diploma.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Kuwait-based or GCC candidates preferred.

نظرة عامة على الدور:
تبحث KDC عن قائد HSE ذو خبرة لتوفير إشراف شامل على السلامة في جميع خدمات الحفر المتكاملة، والتعاون مع مديري الخدمات وفرق الحفر ومستشاري HSE لضمان إدارة المخاطر بفعالية، والتحكم في العمليات المتزامنة (SIMOPS) والالتزام بمعايير السلامة لدى KDC في المكتب والميدان.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
قيادة الإشراف على السلامة لجميع عمليات خدمات الحفر المتكاملة.
متابعة وإدارة مخاطر SIMOPS (العمليات المتزامنة).
ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات HSE الخاصة بـ KDC واللوائح المحلية.
إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتقديم الإرشادات لفرق الحفر ومديري الخدمات.
متابعة وتحليل الحوادث وأداء السلامة.
تنسيق برامج التدريب والتوعية بالسلامة للعاملين في المكتب والميدان.
تقديم توصيات لتحسين معايير السلامة والممارسات التشغيلية باستمرار.
المتطلبات:
خبرة 8–10 سنوات في HSE ضمن خدمات حقول النفط.
خبرة قوية في الخدمات المتكاملة أو شركات الخدمات.
خبرة 2–3 سنوات في HSE ضمن الحفر، ويفضل معرفة بالـ SIMOPS والتنسيق بين الفرق.
شهادة NEBOSH أو IOSH.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.
يفضل أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا في الكويت أو دول الخليج.
