We are a reputable Forex trading company established from 2010 , looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting our Forex trading products and services to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Actively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our Forex trading products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide them with excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments to effectively communicate the benefits of our Forex trading products and services to clients.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding the trading platform, margin requirements, pricing, and other trading-related matters.
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services, and to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Forex industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Forex trading platforms and market analysis tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
