Innovex is a leading provider of critical well centric products and technologies for the oil and gas industry including a broad array of industry leading engineered products. We design, manufacture, and install well construction, completion and artificial lift products for onshore and offshore operators worldwide.

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager.


Work to drive profitable growth for Innovex business in assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Develops and secures new customer relationships through strategic business development activities.
Lead market segmentation and account targeting strategies in assigned area(s) along with Region Sales Management.
Drives the route to market strategy within assigned area(s) of responsibility and drives development of necessary business relationships to enhance routes to market – this includes relationships with E&P companies, service companies, and distributors / resellers / agents as necessary.
Drive the introduction of new products into assigned area(s) by coordinating global resources, local operations, and client acceptance for the product.
Implement, track, and work with Application Engineering to report critical testing in the field on new products, product enhancements, or existing products in new applications within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Serve as a focal point to provide market / client intelligence back to Product Line Management on the following topics:
Product performance and value proposition in all applications for assigned Region – critical to gather case histories for assigned market.
Commercial model acceptance.
Competitive intelligence – pricing, marketing, sales strategies, market activities, etc.
Market opportunities or gaps in the marketplace that could be filled with new product development projects.
With the support of Application Engineering, document key learnings and best practices as they are developed.
