1- Cyber Security Pre-Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building BoQ’s, supporting in security designs, writing & responding RFP, RFI, delivering product specific presentations and training… etc.
Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/Solutions. Entities include potential customers, existing customers.
Provides security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Security Solutions
Scope and clearly translate defined requirements, proposed solutions and value proposition into proposals/Statement of Work (SOW).
Respond to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions.
Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree of computer science or related field.
5+years of experience working with information security solutions and services.
Hands on experience in Network security, application security and data security.
Must have experience working in a customer-facing role and comfortable presenting to a small to medium audiences on both technical and business-related topics.
Experience in preparing technical architecture blueprint and responding to large scale complex RFP is highly desirable.
Cloud Security is desirable.
Knowledge of MSS or familiar with the operation of a Security Operation Center (SOC)
Broad experience and understanding of security trend, threat landscape and framework.
Fluent in English.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Professional security related qualification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC or equivalent are highly desirable.
2- Cyber Security Engineer
Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage and deliver the installation and configuration of network security devices Firewall, IPS, IDS, NAC, and DNSSEC.
Provide remote and on-site support to our customers.
Manage and monitor large computer networks for problems from a central location by communicating with site technicians and tracking issues until resolution.
Investigate and identify the root cause of the incidents by analyzing problems, performing troubleshooting, and tracking incident response on the system.
Track, document, and record precisely all technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Resolve the existing security issues including hardware malfunctions and track vulnerable scripts to avert potential threats.
Generate and maintain the virtual private network, Firewall, and web protocols.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Networks team leader to clarify the current status and progress of the assigned task.
Escalate customer satisfaction problems and complex issues to Network Team Leader, Technical Project Services, if necessary. monitor large computer networks for problems from a central location.
Analyze problems, and perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system.
Track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.
Communicate with site technicians and track problems through to resolution.
Have Experience and hands-on in NGF “ Cisco, Fortinet, Paloalto “
Education & Experience:-
====================
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
+ 3 years of progressive experience in computing and information Network security, including experience with Internet technology and security issues.
Experience should include security policy development, security education, and network. penetration testing, application vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and compliance testing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
