 1- Brand Manager

Job Description
Brand Manager - Cosmetics

Develop, recommend and implement strategies and marketing plans through category analysis, consumer insight and by thinking outside the box to achieve strategic objectives and support the development of assigned brands
Manage inventory, forecasting and related reporting
Develop and deliver strategy presentations to key accounts, internally and at sales conferences.
Analyze market trends and sales potential and provide input for monthly sales forecasting in conjunction with the Demand team.


Skills
Minimum 5 years solid experience in a brand management or category management
A cosmetics background is required
University Degree
Computer Skills
Great Oral and Written Communication Skills in both: English and Arabic
Comfortable with Reporting

2- Secretary

Job Description
Provide administrative support to departments or individuals.

Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.Manage travel and schedule.
Handle information requests.
Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
Prepare statistical reports.Manage spreadsheets.Greet and receive visitor.
Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
Coordinates office management activities.Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Prepare agenda for meetings.Takes and transcribes dictation.
Helps prepare office budget.Maintain office procedures.
Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
Receive and relay telephone messages.

3- Assistant Brand Manager

Assistant Brand Manager - Perfume & Cosmetics

· Support execution of innovation projects: launch of new products

· Collaborate daily with their Marketing team to manage always-on social media content and influencer programs

· Support the Brand Manager transforming strategies into executed plans that consistently beat the competition and gain share

· Support on operational tasks such as reports and budget tracking

· Help in the preparation for key meetings: presentations, products/prototypes, fragrance lab samples, displays

· Build and nurture a relationship with partners.

Skills
· Graduate level with ideally business / marketing related degree.

· 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position or field.

· ‘can do’ attitude and out-going personality

· Good numeracy and analytical skills, including Microsoft Office

· Excellent project management skills

· Digital knowledge, including a solid understanding of social media trends.

· Must to be able to work well under pressure prioritize jobs/tasks with conflicting, tight deadlines, coordinating marketing activities
