Job Description: Landscape Project Supervisor
Position Overview: A Landscape Project Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing landscape projects from inception to completion. This position requires expertise in landscaping principles, horticulture, and computer skills. The primary responsibility of a Landscape Project
Supervisor is to ensure the successful execution or maintenance of landscape projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
Coordinate project logistics, including site preparation, materials procurement with
BoQs, and equipment scheduling.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
2. Reporting to the Project Manager:
Provide regular updates to the project manager on project progress, milestones achieved, and any issues or challenges faced.
Prepare comprehensive reports, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
Collaborate with the project manager to address any changes in project scope, timelines, or client requirements.
3. Team Management:
Train, and supervise a team of landscape workers, including gardeners, and laborers.
Mobilize and assign tasks and responsibilities to the team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and skills.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
