Job Title: Head of Core Banking System
Job Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities:
▪ Support the planning, implementation, and migration to the new core banking system (CBS) leveraging past experience and expertise
▪ Oversee and own the implementation of configuration and parameter setting/fine-tuning to improve the overall Core banking system performance
▪ Support in the analysis and assessment of business needs and requirements to be implemented in the new core banking system
▪ Aid the process for technical training to guide subordinates in the execution of their roles as per the target-state design
▪Candidate should have experience with multiple core banking transformation during strategy, implementation, and change management phases
▪Candidate should have a good understanding of the business domains and an understanding of implications of CBS transformation on business domains
