· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
· Communicate clearly with and effectively with customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp etc.
· Manage and resolve customer queries by clarifying issues, provide alternative solutions, implementing solutions and escalate unresolved problems.
Marketing Manager

Marketing Plans:
· Prepare the annual marketing plan in agreement with the General Manager including online/ offline campaigns, events, photo-shoots, etc.
· Prepare and follow up the annual marketing budget in agreement with the General Manager and the Finance Manager
· Oversee the implementation of the marketing plan by the marketing team.
