المساعدة في التخطيط والمسؤولية الكاملة عن تنفيذ وإدارة النشاط لأنشطة تسويق ATL & BTL عبر جميع العلامات التجارية لـ Safi في الكويت ودعم النشاط الإقليمي (الإمارات العربية المتحدة وسلطنة عمان)
الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات العلاقات العامة وتنميتها لكل علامة تجارية على حدة
حل استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء في لبنان
الاتصال بإنشاء الأعمال الفنية (لـ Flormar و Safi و Swissline) مع مصمم الجرافيك وتنسيق المحتوى الجديد مع فريق العلامة التجارية بيت صابون وحمام شرقي بالإضافة إلى التعامل مع الحسابات المحلية للعلامات التجارية المعنية في المنطقة (KW / الإمارات العربية المتحدة وسلطنة عمان)
تنفيذ وإعداد التقارير عن جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتسويق لكل علامة تجارية بدعم من RMM
نقطة اتصال لجميع أنشطة العلامات التجارية مع إدارة المركز التجاري بالتنسيق مع RMM

Marketing executive
Job Description
Assist in planning and fully responsible for execution and activity management of ATL & BTL marketing activities across all Safi brands in Kuwait and supporting regional activity (UAE & Oman)
Maintain and grow PR database for each brand separately
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints on social media and contacting the customer service team in Lebanon
Liaising with artwork creation (for Flormar, Safi and Swissline) with the graphic designer and coordinating new content with the Bait Saboun and Hammam Sharqi brand team as well as handling local accounts for the respective brands in the region (KW / UAE and Oman)
Implementation and reporting of all marketing related activities for each brand with the support of RMM
Point of contact for all branding activities with mall management in coordination with RMM
Visit stores on a regular basis to follow up on customer feedback and suggest activity with malls to increase footfall/sales. In general, the most important aspect for me is the right attitude in the candidate in which any skill can be trained.
