The division took on world-renowned brands, and so became one of the major players in the market. Therefore, the board established a stand-alone company to handle all its food business. As a result, In 1989, Al Bustan Al Khaleeji (BK) was born.
Introduction:
We are seeking for a highly skilled accountant to handle financial records and transactions related to Purchases, Sales, Payable,s and Receivables. The position also requires recording of Cash and banking transactions as well as expenses and income and all accounting functions. Job Holder will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance, and provideg financial insights to support decision-making.
Principal Accountabilities:
Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently to ensure that the standards of quality, and safety are achieved. Job holders will create sops for the optimization of resources and space utilization.
Adherence to QMS: Develop and implement processes to see that the operations are carried out as per agreed standards
Safety: Manage and train warehouse staff in safety norms and carry out checks to ensure that all operations are carried out safely without any incidents or accidents.
Fleet Management: Ensure that the vehicles, and equipment are maintained regularly to prevent service failures, and breakdowns and keep maintenance costs low.
Leadership: Motivate, develop, and train the warehouse staff for better performance, and company profitability
Problem solving: Identify problem areas and areas of improvement and design solutions promptly to resolve the issues.
Budgeting: Prepare a budget forecast for the warehouse in consultation with the manager and Finance for better financial planning, cost savings and to achieve the targets set by the management.
