Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, supervising kitchen staff, and managing food inventory. The successful candidate will ensure consistency and quality in the food served, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and assist in menu planning.
Qualifications
Experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a restaurant or hotel setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and cooking standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Dedication to food quality and customer satisfaction
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is preferred
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
