Recruitment Officer
About the job
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources function focusing on recruitment areas, dealing with manpower agencies, and hiring process and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently fill open vacancies
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate lists of vacancies as per the manpower plan and calendar.
- Maintain pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and build network to find qualified passive candidates.
- Determine job requirements for all vacancies as per job description and in coordination with the recruiting Manager.
- Source candidates internally, through company database, referrals, job postings in newspapers, professional organizations, online portals, etc. and recruitment agencies locally and overseas as per job requirements.
- Maintain an up to date database for all screened CV’s of potential candidates.
- Screen CVs and interview candidates as per best practice.
- Follow up with candidates and inform them about their rejection and selection.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts and duty commencement forms.
- Send regret letters for all interviewed candidates who were not selected.
- Update recruitment spreadsheets.
- Coordinate on-boarding for all new employees and ensure all on-boarding requirements are prepared prior to the joining of the employee.
- Submit a weekly/monthly report on the recruitment activities to HR Manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or similar
• At least 3 years’ experience in the similar field
• MS Office experience
• Good Arabic & English communication
