Project Manager in Construction
Tasks
- Profit and Loss responsibility for the project
- Liaise with the client on all matters related to the project execution and delivery.
- Overseeing the safe and timely completion of the construction project
- Assume technical responsibility, participate in the planning of construction operations in Kuwait, and thus ensure the coordination of the safe interaction of various contractors
- Quality is your top priority: Carry out accepted orders by quality, budget, and schedule
- Take over reporting to the client in Kuwait and the company’s project management office at headquarters.
- Monitor the contractual execution of the measure or project following the documents released for execution.
- Preparation of decision proposals on construction conditions and execution details in the event of planning deviations
- Responsible for HSM: Ensure that the breaks are observed and monitor occupational health and safety on the construction site
- Checking measurements, timesheets, and invoices
- Subcontractor coordination and management in tandem with the site team.
- Technical office oversight and QC timely commitment to client requirements on schedule.
- Update, responsibility for site allocation of resources and deployment and effective execution per E1/E2 logs.
- Controlling and documenting the construction process as approving invoices, accepting services and deliveries, and carrying out supplementary inspections
- Monitor the elimination of defects identified during the acceptance of services,
- Ensure the handover of project documentation to the person responsible for the site.
- Assist in preparing and implementing testing and commissioning and project close-out phase.

Skills and Profile
Must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field
- Min five years of project management experience as a Project Manager
- Min fifteen years experience in construction
- Min five years line manager of min 200 people
- Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Confidently handling Oracle Primavera P6
- Work independently, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- The mentality of rolling up the sleeves and getting stuff done
- High quality, cost, and deadline awareness
- Working experience in one GCC country
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure project profitability
- Experience with construction and architecture software like AutoCAD or Revit
Should have
- Degree in civil engineering
- Project Management Professional certification
- Experience working in Kuwait
- Min three years experience in Working with Procore Project Management Software or similar
Nice to have
- Experience leading a fast-track project.
- Knowledge of Geographic Information System (GIS) Software like ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Pro
- Experience with emerging technologies in construction management like Building Information Modeling (BIM), drones, or construction management software beyond the mentioned ones.

مدير مشروع في البناء
مهام
- مسؤولية الربح والخسارة للمشروع
- - التواصل مع العميل في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بتنفيذ المشروع وتسليمه.
- الإشراف على الانتهاء الآمن وفي الوقت المناسب لمشروع البناء
- تحمل المسؤولية الفنية، والمشاركة في تخطيط عمليات البناء في الكويت، وبالتالي ضمان تنسيق التفاعل الآمن بين مختلف المقاولين
- الجودة هي أولويتك القصوى: قم بتنفيذ الطلبات المقبولة حسب الجودة والميزانية والجدول الزمني
- تولي تقديم التقارير إلى العميل في الكويت ومكتب إدارة المشاريع الخاص بالشركة في المقر الرئيسي.
- مراقبة التنفيذ التعاقدي للإجراء أو المشروع بعد المستندات المقدمة للتنفيذ.
- إعداد مقترحات القرار بشأن شروط البناء وتفاصيل التنفيذ في حالة الانحرافات التخطيطية
- المسؤول عن HSM: التأكد من ملاحظة فترات الراحة ومراقبة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في موقع البناء
- التحقق من القياسات والجداول الزمنية والفواتير
- تنسيق وإدارة المقاول من الباطن جنبًا إلى جنب مع فريق الموقع.
- الإشراف على المكتب الفني ومراقبة الجودة والالتزام في الوقت المناسب بمتطلبات العميل وفي الموعد المحدد.
- التحديث والمسؤولية عن تخصيص موارد الموقع والنشر والتنفيذ الفعال لكل سجلات E1/E2.
- التحكم في عملية البناء وتوثيقها مثل الموافقة على الفواتير وقبول الخدمات والتسليم وإجراء عمليات التفتيش التكميلية
- مراقبة إزالة العيوب التي تم تحديدها أثناء قبول الخدمات،
- التأكد من تسليم وثائق المشروع إلى الشخص المسؤول عن الموقع.
- المساعدة في إعداد وتنفيذ الاختبار والتشغيل ومرحلة إغلاق المشروع.
القوى
- الموافقة على الإنفاق بما يتوافق مع الميزانية المعتمدة
- إدارة المقاولين من الباطن
- الشراء والتسليم وفقا لخطة الشراء
- تنفيذ الجدول الزمني للمشروع
- السلامة والمسؤولية عن الموارد المنشورة في الموقع في حدود الميزانية.
المهارات والملف الشخصي
يجب ان يملك:
- درجة البكالوريوس في أحد مجالات الهندسة
- - خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في إدارة المشاريع كمدير مشروع
- -خبرة لا تقل عن خمسة عشر عاماً في مجال البناء
- الحد الأدنى لمدة خمس سنوات كمدير خطي لعدد لا يقل عن 200 شخص
- التعامل بثقة مع برامج MS Office (Excel وWord وTeams وOutlook وOneDrive)
- التعامل بثقة مع Oracle Primavera P6
- العمل بشكل مستقل ومرن وقادر على العمل تحت الضغط
- عقلية التشمير عن الأكمام وإنجاز الأمور
- الوعي بالجودة العالية والتكلفة والمواعيد النهائية
- خبرة عمل في إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
- الكفاءة في الإدارة المالية وإعداد الميزانية ومراقبة التكاليف لضمان ربحية المشروع
- - خبرة في برامج البناء والهندسة المعمارية مثل AutoCAD أو Revit
يجب ان
- شهادة في الهندسة المدنية
- شهادة إدارة المشاريع الاحترافية
- خبرة في العمل في الكويت
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في العمل مع برنامج إدارة المشاريع Procore أو ما شابه
من الجميل أن يكون لديك
- خبرة في قيادة مشروع سريع المسار.
- معرفة برامج نظام المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) مثل ArcGIS أو QGIS أو Google Earth Pro
- خبرة في التعامل مع التقنيات الناشئة في إدارة الإنشاءات مثل نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) أو الطائرات بدون طيار أو برامج إدارة الإنشاءات بخلاف تلك المذكورة.
