- Kuwaiti nationals, who are subject to the provisions of Law (20) of 2015 regarding national military service, must submit a certificate of performance of active service, or postponement, exception or exemption as applicable.
- Minimum score of 85% in oral assessment to be conducted by AASU.

- أن يكون المؤهل العلمي حاصلاً على تقدير جيد أو أعلى من جامعة الكويت أو الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب أو أي مؤسسة معتمدة من وزارة التعليم العالي.
- يجب على المواطنين الكويتيين الخاضعين لأحكام القانون (20) لسنة 2015 في شأن الخدمة العسكرية الوطنية تقديم شهادة أداء الخدمة الفعلية أو التأجيل أو الاستثناء أو الإعفاء حسب الأحوال.
- الحصول على درجة لا تقل عن 85% في التقييم الشفهي الذي ستجريه جامعة ولاية أريزونا.
