Mechanical Engineer – Shape Innovative Projects!
We are looking for a competent Mechanical Engineer ready to contribute to cutting-edge construction projects. If you have experience in MEP systems and love problem-solving, your expertise will be highly valued.

Responsibilities
Mechanical Systems Design & Implementation (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fuel & oil systems, irrigation)
Fire Protection Systems design and evaluation
MEP tendering, BOQs, and technical submissions
Project coordination with electrical, civil, and architectural teams
On-site supervision, ensuring safety and design compliance
Reporting, documentation, and analytical problem-solving
Requirements
5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction projects
Exposure to Public Authority for Works and Housing (PAWH) projects is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Certifications in MEP or Fire Protection Systems (advantageous)
Bilingual in English and Arabic (preferred)
Skilled in AutoCAD, Elite Fire, and Microsoft Office

نبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي كفؤ جاهز للمساهمة في مشاريع البناء الحديثة. إذا كانت لديك خبرة في أنظمة MEP وتحب حل المشكلات، فإن خبرتك ستكون موضع تقدير كبير.
المسؤوليات
تصميم وتنفيذ الأنظمة الميكانيكية (HVAC، السباكة، مكافحة الحرائق، أنظمة الوقود والزيوت، الري)
تصميم وتقييم أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق
إعداد مناقصات MEP، جداول الكميات، والمستندات الفنية
التنسيق مع الفرق الكهربائية والمدنية والمعمارية
الإشراف في الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالسلامة والمواصفات
إعداد التقارير والتوثيق وحل المشكلات التحليلية
المتطلبات
خبرة 5–7 سنوات في المشاريع ذات الصلة، ويفضل مشاريع البناء
الخبرة في مشاريع الهيئة العامة للأشغال والإسكان (PAWH) تعتبر ميزة
شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية
شهادات في MEP أو أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق (ميزة إضافية)
إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل)
مهارات في AutoCAD وElite Fire وبرامج Microsoft Office
