Estimator – Plumbing & Fire Fighting

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience specifically in estimation within Kuwait.
Technical Skills: Strong design background with knowledge of local codes (KFD, MPW, etc.).
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and specialized estimation software.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of local suppliers, market rates, and material take-offs.
Status: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait and available to join.
Responsibilities
Cost Estimation: Preparing accurate estimates for plumbing and firefighting systems based on tender documents.
Documentation: Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
Design Review: Interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring all designs align with technical specifications.
Compliance: Ensuring all estimates meet local regulations, Kuwait Fire Directorate (KFD) standards, and client requirements.
Coordination: Collaborating with procurement and project teams to validate estimation data and site scope.

المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
الخبرة: من 4 إلى 6 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة، وتحديداً في تقدير التكاليف داخل الكويت.
المهارات الفنية: خلفية قوية في التصميم ومعرفة بالكودات المحلية (KFD، MPW، إلخ).
البرامج: إتقان برنامج AutoCAD، وMS Excel، وبرامج تقدير التكاليف المتخصصة.
المعرفة: فهم عميق للموردين المحليين، أسعار السوق، وحساب كميات المواد.
الحالة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت ومتاحاً للبدء.
المسؤوليات
تقدير التكاليف: إعداد تقديرات دقيقة لأنظمة السباكة ومكافحة الحرائق بناءً على وثائق المناقصات.
التوثيق: إعداد جداول الكميات التفصيلية (BOQs)، وحصر المواد، وتحليل التكاليف.
مراجعة التصاميم: تفسير المخططات الهندسية والتأكد من مطابقة التصاميم للمواصفات الفنية.
الامتثال: ضمان تلبية جميع التقديرات للوائح المحلية، ومعايير قوة الإطفاء العام، ومواصفات العميل.
التنسيق: التعاون مع فرق المشتريات والمشاريع للتحقق من بيانات التقدير ونطاق العمل الميداني.
