2–4 years of experience as an Operations Officer in exterior paint or construction industry.
Arab nationals only.
Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Visa 18 Ahli (Transferable).
Available for immediate joining.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations for exterior paint and decoration projects.
Coordinate between project sites, suppliers, and management.
Supervise teams, monitor timelines, material usage, and labor efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project schedules.
Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements are met.
Support management in planning, budgeting, and operational decisions.

المسؤوليات
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لمشاريع الطلاء الخارجي والديكور.
التنسيق بين مواقع المشاريع والموردين والإدارة.
الإشراف على الفرق، ومراقبة الجداول الزمنية، واستخدام المواد، وكفاءة العمالة.
الحفاظ على التوثيق الدقيق، والتقارير، وجداول المشاريع.
ضمان استيفاء معايير الجودة ولوائح السلامة ومتطلبات العملاء.
دعم الإدارة في التخطيط والميزانية واتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية.
