Shop Manager - Aquazzura

Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture talent within team through on the job coaching and stretch assignment in coordination with the People Partner.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Oversee store's day to day operations related to VM, Retail Store SOPs adherence, and sales team schedule.
• Offer support to store staff during in-store events.
• Act as the key point of contact with back-office team.
• Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs.
• Ensure customer data is properly captured by the team.
• Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure team knowledge about app offerings etc.
• Increase the revenue target of the store.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store CX initiatives.
• Provide input to what is working well, what is not working well within the store.

Sales Attendant - Aquazzura

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail.
• Take ownership and self-driven.
• Detail-oriented.
• Displays a can do attitude.
• The ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Merchandizing, gift wrapping, and cash handling.
• Candidates who are able to join immediately will be preferred

• تقديم الدعم لتخزين الموظفين أثناء الأحداث داخل المتجر.
• العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية مع فريق المكتب الخلفي.
• تأكد من إجراء النقر والتحصيل ضمن اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة.
• تأكد من التقاط بيانات العملاء بشكل صحيح من قبل الفريق.
• تعزيز برنامج الولاء (MUSE) والتأكد من معرفة الفريق بعروض التطبيقات وما إلى ذلك.
• زيادة الإيرادات المستهدفة للمتجر.
• قيادة عمليات البيع داخل المتجر.
• دعم مبادرات تجربة العملاء داخل المتجر.
• تقديم مدخلات لما يعمل بشكل جيد، وما لا يعمل بشكل جيد داخل المتجر.

المهام الأساسية:

• مهارات اتصال ممتازة الكتابية والشفوية.
• المؤهل العلمي : بكالوريوس .
• خبرة سابقة في مجال بيع الأزياء/التجزئة الفاخرة.
• احصل على الملكية والقيادة الذاتية.
• موجه نحو التفاصيل.
• يعرض موقفًا يمكن القيام به.
• القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية وفعالة.
