Good communication skills in English & Arabic
customer service experience
High school certificate is a must
Responsible: -
Handle inbound and outbound calls
De-escalate situation and involving dissatisfied
Documents all customer interactions and order in the CRM system
Collaborate with call center manager and the other call center agents to improve the customer service
Insure to follow the customer service script
follow All orders with drivers
Maintain strong customer relationship
Salary 250 KD +25 KD KPIs

تأكد من اتباع البرنامج النصي لخدمة العملاء
اتبع جميع الطلبات مع السائقين
الحفاظ على علاقة قوية مع العملاء
الراتب 250 د.ك + 25 د.ك مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية
