- WE ARE HIRING SALES ASSOCIATE
- Hours: 9 hours including 1 hour break Salary: based on experience Immediate joining Visa 18 Ahly | valid for at least 5 month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering questions, and helping them find products that meet their needs.
- - Product Promotion: Actively promote featured products, special offers to customers, driving sales & enhancing their shopping experience.
- - Cashier Duties: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment
- with integrity and professionalism.
- - Merchandising: Assist with maintaining store appearance by restocking ---shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are neatly organized and well-presented.
- - Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts & stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability on the sales floor.
- - Customer Service Excellence: Address customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- - Previous retail or customer service experience in the same field.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and -prioritizing tasks as needed.
- - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and operating the cash register. - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- - Enthusiasm for learning about our products and providing exceptional service to our customers.
- - Good English speaking and writing.
- - Age between 22-35 years.

- - التجارة: المساعدة في الحفاظ على مظهر المتجر من خلال إعادة تخزين الأرفف وترتيب شاشات العرض وضمان تنظيم المنتجات بدقة وعرضها بشكل جيد.
- - إدارة المخزون: المساعدة في تعداد المخزون وتجديد المخزون لضمان توفر المنتج المناسب في طابق المبيعات.
- - التميز في خدمة العملاء: معالجة مخاوف العملاء وشكاويهم بطريقة مهذبة وفي الوقت المناسب، والسعي لحل المشكلات بما يرضيهم.
متطلبات:
- - خبرة سابقة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو خدمة العملاء في نفس المجال.
- - مهارات تواصل وتعامل قوية مع الآخرين، مع سلوك ودود وودود.
- - القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الخطى وتعدد المهام وتحديد أولويات المهام حسب الحاجة.
- - مهارات الرياضيات الأساسية للتعامل مع المعاملات النقدية وتشغيل السجل النقدي. - المرونة في العمل في نوبات عمل متنوعة، بما في ذلك الأمسيات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات.
- - الحماس للتعرف على منتجاتنا وتقديم خدمة استثنائية لعملائنا.
- - جيد باللغة الانجليزية تحدثا وكتابة.
