Operations Manager (Progressive Cavity Pumps-PCP)
We are looking for a talented Operations Manager:
- Experience in Progressive Cavity Pumps(PCP) Operations Management and Business Development.
- Responsible for the general supervision of all Operations under the Contract as a whole, and shall receive on behalf of the Contractor notices, directions, and instructions from the Superintendent.
- Responsible for planning, organization, leadership, and management of field operations while ensuring delivery of consistent and superior service, safety, quality, and technical support and effectiveness required to exceed the clients' expectations, while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Accountable for P&L performance to meet the financial goals or profit targets while minimizing the expenditures for Slickline Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 Years of working experience in Slickline Operations.
- Minimum Five (5) Years experience in a Management Role in Artificial Lift Operations and/or Application Engineering.
- Holds a PCP OEM Certificate for Application and Service Engineering.
- Holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate (or equivalent).

مدير العمليات (مضخات الثقوب التدريجية - PCP)
نحن نبحث عن مدير عمليات موهوب:
- خبرة في إدارة عمليات المضخات التجويفية التقدمية (PCP) وتطوير الأعمال.
- مسؤول عن الإشراف العام على جميع العمليات بموجب العقد ككل، ويجب أن يتلقى نيابة عن المقاول الإشعارات والتوجيهات والتعليمات من المشرف.
- مسؤول عن تخطيط وتنظيم وقيادة وإدارة العمليات الميدانية مع ضمان تقديم خدمة متسقة ومتفوقة والسلامة والجودة والدعم الفني والفعالية المطلوبة لتجاوز توقعات العملاء، مع تعظيم الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- مسؤول عن أداء الربح والخسارة لتحقيق الأهداف المالية أو أهداف الربح مع تقليل النفقات لعمليات Slickline.
متطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- الحد الأدنى 15 عامًا من الخبرة العملية في عمليات Slickline.
- خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات في دور إداري في عمليات الرفع الاصطناعي و/أو هندسة التطبيقات.
- حاصل على شهادة PCP OEM لهندسة التطبيقات والخدمات.
- حاصل على شهادة إدارة المشاريع الاحترافية (PMP) (أو ما يعادلها).
