Senior Quantity Surveyor (Chartered)
Your Tasks
- Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for the construction project.
- Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
- Evaluate subcontractor tenders and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on project financial status.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
- Previous experience in airport or large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.
- Chartered Quantity Surveying qualification.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
