Human Resource Intern
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Support and participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
IT Advisory – Consultant – Cyber Security
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in cybersecurity consulting, IT advisory, or a related field.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, IAM, EDR, Firewalls).
- Certification (CompTIA Security+, CISA, CEH) or equivalent would be an advantage.
- Experience with cyber frameworks, such as ISO 27001 or NIST;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
- Demonstrate ability to understand cyber security from both a technical and business perspective.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT governance, and risk management.
- Demonstrate knowledge in one or more of the following Cyber security domains, including: Security Governance, Policies and Procedures, Identity & Access Management, Cyber Threat Management, Security Architectures, Network and Infrastructure Security, Application Security, Incident Response, Security Monitoring, etc.
- Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client service skills.
- High accountability and self-motivation.
- Good project and team management skills.
- Fluency in English.
ESG Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental & sustainability studies or other relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (spoken and written Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong communication and presentation capability.
- Ability to thrive in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
Manager - Deal Advisory
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate finance and valuation engagements
- Performing independent valuation for financial instruments, businesses, tangible and intangible assets, equity and debt securities, for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting, restructuring, and financial advisory
- Building and analyzing financial models and assessing assumptions and data which underlie the model
- Conduct industry research and understand drivers of growth within an industry/sector, identify relevant trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
- Review and analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets to identify risks or price affecting considerations
- Researching and monitoring industry best practices on valuation models and techniques to ensure that the valuation practice is in line with industry best practices
- Assuming responsibility of deliverables and collaborating with team members to deliver solutions
- Leading content development for deliverables, including preparing business proposals and presentations
Senior Advisor – IT Internal Audit
Required Skillset:
- Bachelors Degree
- Desirable to have CISA & CISSP certification. Other certifications such as CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 & ISO 23301 or similar certifications, will be valued.
- Between 4-6 years of relevant consulting/ auditing experience.
- Good Understanding of IT standards such as ISO 27001, SWIFT CSF, PCI DSS, etc.
- Excellent MS PowerPoint skills.
