1- Electrical Engineer

Tasks:

• Implementing and supervising all electrical-related operations on-site in accordance with approved drawings, methods, and safety protocols.
• Participating in construction project meetings and conducting site walks to ensure projects are executed correctly.
• Overseeing the installation, pre-commissioning, testing (if required), and commissioning of electrical equipment in line with contract specifications.
• Coordinating with electrical equipment suppliers during the construction phase.
• Reviewing work produced by design engineers and coordinating with other discipline engineers for seamless project execution.
• Estimating, preparing, and allocating resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools for all electrical-related tasks prior to execution.
• Proactively resolving unexpected technical issues and other site problems.

Skills and Profile:

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in English.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within a construction environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems in construction, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Knowledge of electrical materials used in construction and their properties.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve electrical engineering problems in construction contexts.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Commitment to ethical management, avoiding irresponsible tactics, and promoting transparency and accountability.

2-Civil Project Engineer

Skills and Profile:

 Must-Have

• Minimum 10 years experience in site management, and supervision in building construction and contracting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic, and English.
• Experience in construction in GCC countries, preferably Kuwait.
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.

Should-Have

• Valid driving license.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, laws, and regulations.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience working on large-scale projects in the GCC region.
• A strong network of industry contacts and relationships with local contractors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Nice-to-Have

• Master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with Primavera P6.

1- مهندس كهربائي

مهام:

• التنفيذ والإشراف على جميع العمليات المتعلقة بالكهرباء في الموقع وفقًا للرسومات والأساليب وبروتوكولات السلامة المعتمدة.
• المشاركة في اجتماعات مشروع البناء وإجراء جولات في الموقع لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بشكل صحيح.
• الإشراف على تركيب المعدات الكهربائية وتشغيلها مسبقًا واختبارها (إذا لزم الأمر) وتشغيلها وفقًا لمواصفات العقد.
• التنسيق مع موردي المعدات الكهربائية خلال مرحلة البناء.
• مراجعة العمل الذي أنتجه مهندسو التصميم والتنسيق مع مهندسي التخصصات الأخرى لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
• تقدير وإعداد وتخصيص الموارد مثل القوى العاملة والمواد والمواد الاستهلاكية والمعدات والأدوات لجميع المهام المتعلقة بالكهرباء قبل التنفيذ.
• حل المشكلات الفنية غير المتوقعة ومشاكل الموقع الأخرى بشكل استباقي.

المهارات والملف الشخصي:

يجب ان يملك

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
• الكفاءة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
• ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في الهندسة الكهربائية داخل بيئة البناء.
• فهم شامل للأنظمة الكهربائية في البناء، بما في ذلك توزيع الطاقة، والإضاءة، وأنظمة التحكم.
• معرفة المواد الكهربائية المستخدمة في البناء وخصائصها.
• - الإلمام بالقوانين والمعايير واللوائح الكهربائية ذات الصلة.
• القدرة على تحديد وتحليل وحل مشاكل الهندسة الكهربائية في سياقات البناء.
• معرفة متقدمة ببرامج Microsoft Excel وOneDrive وMicrosoft Teams.
• الالتزام بالإدارة الأخلاقية، وتجنب الأساليب غير المسؤولة، وتعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة.

2-مهندس مشروع مدني

المهارات والملف الشخصي:

 يجب ان يملك

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المواقع والإشراف على أعمال البناء والمقاولات.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وحل المشكلات.
• - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• بطلاقة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• - خبرة في مجال الإنشاءات في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ويفضل الكويت.
• يتقن مهارات الكمبيوتر (Microsoft Office وExcel وWord وPowerPoint وOutlook).
• خبرة في استخدام برنامج AutoCAD أو Revit أو برامج التصميم الأخرى.

يجب ان

• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
• معرفة قوية بعمليات البناء والمواد والقوانين واللوائح.
• المعرفة بقوانين ولوائح البناء المحلية.
• خبرة العمل في مشاريع واسعة النطاق في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
• شبكة قوية من اتصالات الصناعة والعلاقات مع المقاولين والموردين المحليين.
• الكفاءة في برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
• الاهتمام القوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بتقديم عمل عالي الجودة
