Assistant Storekeeper
Description
- We are currently seeking an Assistant Storekeeper to join our team in Kuwait.
- As an Assistant Storekeeper, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of store operations and inventory control.
- You will work closely with the Storekeeper to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of all store-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all inventory items.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all store transactions.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling store operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- نحن نبحث حاليًا عن مساعد أمين مخزن للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الكويت.
- باعتبارك مساعدًا لأمين المتجر، ستكون مسؤولاً عن المساعدة في إدارة عمليات المتجر ومراقبة المخزون.
- ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع أمين المتجر لضمان التعامل الفعال والدقيق مع جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالمتجر.
المسؤوليات:
- المساعدة في استلام البضائع الواردة وتفتيشها وتخزينها.
- ضمان وضع العلامات والعلامات والتوثيق المناسب لجميع عناصر المخزون.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون والمساعدة في إدارة المخزون.
- إعداد وصيانة سجلات دقيقة لجميع معاملات المتجر.
- المساعدة في إجراء عمليات تدقيق منتظمة للمخزون لتحديد التناقضات وحلها.
- يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل.
- المهارات الإدارية التنظيمية والوقت قوية.
