Senior Marketing Specialist
About this job
- Assist the marketing manager in developing and executing the marketing plans / Strategies, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
- Ensure brand messages /Communication tools are consistent with the brand guideline and Identity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing. MBA preferred
- Professional Qualification in Marketing/Advertising (CIM, IPA et.al)
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in the division related industry with GCC exposure, at least 2 years in a supervisor level
- Proficient in MS Office, graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) and digital media
- Prior experience in managing social media campaign for marketing communications and promotions
- Fluent in both English and Arabic. French is a plus.
- Well-presented and able to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization

- مساعدة مدير التسويق في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط/استراتيجيات التسويق، سواء قصيرة المدى أو طويلة المدى، لضمان نمو الأرباح وتوسيع منتجات الشركة و/أو خدماتها.
- تأكد من أن رسائل العلامة التجارية / أدوات الاتصال تتوافق مع إرشادات العلامة التجارية والهوية.
المؤهلات :
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق. يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال
- المؤهل المهني في التسويق/الإعلان (CIM، IPA et.al)
- 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة التسويقية في الصناعة ذات الصلة بالقسم مع التعرض لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، على الأقل 2 سنوات في مستوى المشرف
- إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office وبرامج التصميم الجرافيكي (Photoshop وIllustrator وما إلى ذلك) والوسائط الرقمية
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة حملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للاتصالات التسويقية والعروض الترويجية
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، واللغة الفرنسية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- حسن المظهر والقدرة على التواصل بشكل فعال على كافة المستويات في المنظمة
