Business Manager - Consistency
General Summary:
- The Consistency Business Manager is responsible for driving BTG consistency business globally to support the sales organization in their growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive consistency business for BTG. Align demands and needs between the different parties involved (Sales, R&D, Product Support, Operations and Service and Senior Leadership). Coordinate regional and business unit requirements in terms of portfolio needs, application exchange, new market opportunities, etc.
- Drive the execution of the consistency operational plan.
- Focus on measures and coordinate with regions all activities around consistency.
- Support and align the upcoming product releases for consistency (next generations).
- Assist the sales network in implementing and executing bespoke business proposals.
- Maintain and improve market intelligence in verticals and new opportunities.
- Provide and run marketing initiatives related to consistency business.
- Support the sales network in defining, creating, implementing, and executing the business proposal.
- Lead the Product Management and Application team for consistency business.
- Identify and validate market needs for new products & services, define the scope and propose business case to prioritize developments.
- Validate requests for new products & services to ensure customer objectives fulfillment.
- Determine short, middle and long-term market needs for new products & services.
- Transfer application know-how in the different regions- share successful new applications.
- Align product requirements and support product improvement together with the product managers.
