HIRING FOR AN ENGINEERING COMPANY IN KUWAIT
SENIOR AUDIO VISUAL (AV) PRE-SALES ENGINEER
With minimum 7 years of experience in the AV domain in Kuwait.
Role:
- Work on technical submittals, full solutions design and BOQs.
- Coordinate with different team members within the ELV division and different divisions if needed.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and solutions providers.
- Attend technical trainings to learn new technologies.
- Prepare presentations for potential clients and attend meetings when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Kuwait.
- Proven record of competitive solutions, technical & financial submittals.
- Extensive Knowledge in the Audio and Video various systems like Video Walls, Controllers, Encoders, Speakers & Microphones, Public Address, Master Clock etc...
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence clients effectively.
- Proven ability to drive the Pre-Sales process and to be a great team player within the organization.
- Excellent communications skills, spoken and written in both English and Arabic.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in related field

مهندس مبيعات أول في مجال الصوتيات والمرئيات (AV)
مع خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال الصوتيات والفيديو في الكويت.
دور:
- العمل على التقديمات الفنية وتصميم الحلول الكاملة وجداول الكميات.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق المختلفين داخل قسم ELV والأقسام المختلفة إذا لزم الأمر.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع البائعين ومقدمي الحلول.
- حضور التدريبات التقنية لتعلم التقنيات الجديدة.
- إعداد العروض التقديمية للعملاء المحتملين وحضور الاجتماعات عند الحاجة إليها.
مؤهلات:
- -خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الكويت.
- سجل حافل بالحلول التنافسية والتقديمات الفنية والمالية.
- معرفة واسعة في أنظمة الصوت والفيديو المختلفة مثل جدران الفيديو، وحدات التحكم، أجهزة الترميز، مكبرات الصوت والميكروفونات، نظام العناوين العامة، الساعة الرئيسية وما إلى ذلك.
- أثبت قدرته على التواصل مع العملاء والتأثير عليهم بشكل فعال.
- القدرة المؤكدة على قيادة عملية ما قبل البيع وأن يكون لاعبًا رائعًا في الفريق داخل المنظمة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، تحدثا وكتابة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
تعليم
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة
