Salas Representative
- A leading company and supplier of high-quality ready mix concrete in Kuwait, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads and convert them into profitable customer relationships.
- Generate quotes and proposals based on project specifications and customer needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right concrete mix for their project requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and answer questions about concrete products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
- May participate in job site visits to assess project needs and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cement concrete ready mix and construction materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the ready-mix concrete industry and its products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English is and added advantage
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.

- شركة رائدة في مجال توريد الخرسانة الجاهزة عالية الجودة في الكويت، تبحث عن مندوب مبيعات متحمس وموجه نحو النتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
المسؤوليات:
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المقاولين العامين والمقاولين من الباطن والمهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين وغيرهم من المتخصصين في البناء.
- تحديد وتأهيل عملاء المبيعات الجدد وتحويلهم إلى علاقات عملاء مربحة.
- إنشاء عروض الأسعار والمقترحات بناءً على مواصفات المشروع واحتياجات العملاء.
- مساعدة العملاء في اختيار مزيج الخرسانة المناسب لمتطلبات مشروعهم.
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية والإجابة على الأسئلة المتعلقة بالمنتجات والخدمات الملموسة.
- التفاوض على الأسعار والعقود مع العملاء.
- الإشراف على عملية المبيعات من الاتصال الأولي حتى إكمال المشروع، وضمان رضا العملاء.
- تتبع مقاييس أداء المبيعات وتطوير استراتيجيات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- حضور فعاليات الصناعة والمعارض التجارية للتواصل وبناء العلاقات.
- يجوز المشاركة في زيارات موقع العمل لتقييم احتياجات المشروع وتقديم الدعم الفني.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتفاعلات العملاء، وأنشطة المبيعات، وتفاصيل المشروع.
مؤهلات:
- يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة البناء أو الهندسة أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الخرسانة الجاهزة والأسمنت ومواد البناء.
- فهم قوي لصناعة الخرسانة الجاهزة ومنتجاتها.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي والتفاوض باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية هي ميزة إضافية
- القدرة على بناء علاقة وثقة مع العملاء على كافة المستويات.
- القدرة المؤكدة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتجاوز التوقعات.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والتنظيم.
- إجادة استخدام حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Word، Excel، PowerPoint).
- رخصة قيادة صالحة وسجل قيادة نظيف.
