Radiator Fabricator
- Responsible for fabricating tanks, side brackets, and other parts of the radiators, oil and air cooler. Take drawing, specification, verify and test for leakage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Fabricate tanks, side brackets, oil coolers, fan cover, condenser and radiator parts.
- • Read and understand the drawing and specifications.
- • Ability to take accurate measurements and drawings.
- • Cleaned repair oil and air coolers by using acid.
- • Perform arc welding, tube welding, argon welding, oil tank welding, aluminum welding, and pipe Fabrication.
- • Report daily jobs progress to the workshop in-charge.
Knowledge:
- • Knowledge in using measuring tools such as vernier clapper, measuring tape and all types of gauges.
- • Knowledge of all types of welding procedures.
- • Knowledge of safety procedures and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) while working with radiators, especially at the time of handling acid.
- • Knowledge of using tools like sheering machines bending machines. etc.
Skills:
- • Fabricating skills, welding skills | Precision in studying the drawing and completing the task | Time management skills to complete the task on time | Problem solving skills | Stress Tolerance | Welding (MIG/TIG) | Assembly line | Steel manufacturing | Blueprint reading | Metal Fabrication
Qualifications:
- • Technical Certificate | Read & write (Hindi or English) | 3 years’ experience minimum

- المسؤول عن تصنيع الخزانات والأقواس الجانبية وأجزاء أخرى من المبردات ومبردات الزيت والهواء. أخذ الرسومات والمواصفات والتحقق منها واختبارها بحثًا عن التسرب.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
- • تصنيع الخزانات، والأقواس الجانبية، ومبردات الزيت، وغطاء المروحة، وأجزاء المكثف والمبرد.
- • قراءة وفهم الرسم والمواصفات.
- • القدرة على أخذ القياسات والرسومات الدقيقة.
- • تنظيف وإصلاح مبردات الزيت والهواء باستخدام الحمض.
- • إجراء عمليات اللحام القوسي، ولحام الأنابيب، ولحام الأرجون، ولحام خزانات الزيت، ولحام الألومنيوم، وتصنيع الأنابيب.
- • الإبلاغ اليومي عن تقدم العمل إلى مسؤول الورشة.
معرفة:
- • المعرفة في استخدام أدوات القياس مثل المقياس الفيرني وشريط القياس وجميع أنواع المقاييس.
- • معرفة جميع أنواع إجراءات اللحام.
- • معرفة إجراءات السلامة ومعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) أثناء العمل مع المشعات، وخاصة في وقت التعامل مع الأحماض.
- • معرفة استخدام الأدوات مثل آلات القص وآلات الثني وما إلى ذلك.
مهارات:
- • مهارات التصنيع، مهارات اللحام | الدقة في دراسة الرسم وإكمال المهمة | مهارات إدارة الوقت لإتمام المهمة في الوقت المحدد | مهارات حل المشكلات | تحمل الإجهاد | اللحام (MIG/TIG) | خط التجميع | تصنيع الصلب | قراءة المخططات | تصنيع المعادن
مؤهلات:
- • شهادة فنية | قراءة وكتابة (اللغة الهندية أو الإنجليزية) | خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات
