Control Room Administrator
Job Description
- Receive calls at Help Desk from tenants, customers and employees for mall related requests and take the required actions to resolve them.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Call for immediate help from ambulance, fire fighters, police, maintenance etc. in emergency cases.
- Follow up with concerned departments to receive advertisement, upload it to the system and monitor it.
- Monitor footfall system and report accordingly.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for electricity charge system.
- Follow the work permit and helpdesk tickets with concerned department.
- Ensuring the surveillance monitors are observed at all times.
Experience & Qualification:
- Diploma in Industrial Engineering or similar
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in the similar field
- Experienced with control room and footfall system
- MS Office experience
- Arabic & English communication
