Part-time job in Kuwait for an employee with experience in human resources and management (accounting)

Part Time Position (HR and Admin experience)

A small company (5-10employees) in Industrial Shuwaikh is looking to fill a part time position.

  • Flexible part time hours. Not daily.
  • Schedule can be discussed.

Requirements and duties include :

  • Must be self motivating and able to set up the HR and accounting systems for this company.
  • Hard working
  • Experienced
  • Great English reading and writing skills
  • Experience in HR
  • (Maintain employee records, payroll, Pay-slips, Overtime, Attendance, Posting Leaves, Monitor Civil ID, Rollout Memos and HR policies and procedures & etc)

Accounting experience

  • - Complete day-to-day recording of transactions.
  • - Cross check all receipts and staff over time and create reports.

Upload all receipts onto Xero

  • • Ensure Monthly closing is accurate
  • * Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Manage inventory and do costing on the f&b items
  • *Manage Petty Cash and expenses
  • *expenses, payroll records etc.
