Qualifications for an Intermediary for Supplying Power Plant Spare Parts:
1. *Educational Background:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of power plant systems and components, such as turbines, generators, electrical systems, and control systems.
2. *Professional Experience:*
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of material supply or spare parts for power plants or factories.
- Previous experience working with energy companies, power plants, or spare parts manufacturers.
- Proven experience in roles such as intermediary, sales manager, procurement coordinator, or logistics coordinator.
3. *Technical Skills and Knowledge:*
- Advanced understanding of spare parts specifications and power plant requirements.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals for spare parts.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards related to spare parts supply.
4. *Commercial and Negotiation Skills:*
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close business deals with suppliers and clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Good understanding of contract management and procurement processes.
5. *Organizational and Managerial Skills:*
- Project management skills and the ability to coordinate logistics for shipping and storage.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
6. *Language Skills:*
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, along with the language of the country in which they operate

مؤهلات الوسيط لتوريد قطع غيار محطات الطاقة:
1. *الخلفية التعليمية:*
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة ومكونات محطة الطاقة، مثل التوربينات والمولدات والأنظمة الكهربائية وأنظمة التحكم.
2. *الخبرة المهنية:*
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال توريد المواد أو قطع الغيار لمحطات الطاقة أو المصانع.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع شركات الطاقة أو محطات الطاقة أو مصنعي قطع الغيار.
- خبرة مثبتة في أدوار مثل الوسيط، مدير المبيعات، منسق المشتريات، أو منسق الخدمات اللوجستية.
3. *المهارات والمعرفة الفنية:*
- فهم متقدم لمواصفات قطع الغيار ومتطلبات محطة الطاقة.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية ودليل قطع الغيار.
- معرفة معايير الجودة والسلامة المتعلقة بتوريد قطع الغيار.
4. *المهارات التجارية والتفاوضية:*
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والقدرة على إتمام الصفقات التجارية مع الموردين والعملاء.
- القدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والموردين والحفاظ عليها.
- فهم جيد لإدارة العقود وعمليات الشراء.
5. *المهارات التنظيمية والإدارية:*
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع والقدرة على تنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية للشحن والتخزين.
- مهارات إدارة الوقت والقدرة على التعامل مع المهام المتعددة والعمل تحت الضغط.
6. *مهارات اللغة:*
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة، بالإضافة إلى لغة البلد الذي يعملون فيه

- خبرة سابقة في مجال مصادر وتوريد قطع غيار محطات الطاقة.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق.
