Storekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods for quality and quantity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
- Organize and store products in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility.
- Prepare and process requisitions for supplies as needed by other departments.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area.
- Train and supervise junior staff in inventory management practices.
- Prepare reports on inventory status and recommend improvements.
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle discrepancies.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Skills
- Experience with cooperative societies
- Experience in food and beverage production
- Working with Odoo and ERP software
- Languages: Arabic and English
- At least six years of experience in Kuwait

المسؤوليات:
- استلام وفحص جميع البضائع الواردة للتأكد من الجودة والكمية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المخزون الدقيقة وتحديث مستويات المخزون بانتظام.
- تنظيم وتخزين المنتجات في مناطق مخصصة لتحسين المساحة وإمكانية الوصول إليها.
- إعداد ومعالجة طلبات الإمدادات حسب حاجة الأقسام الأخرى.
- إجراء عمليات فحص ومراجعة منتظمة للمخزون لضمان دقة المخزون.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة المخزون.
- التنسيق مع الموردين لتسليم البضائع في الوقت المناسب وحل أي اختلافات.
- ضمان الالتزام بقواعد الصحة والسلامة في منطقة التخزين.
- تدريب الموظفين المبتدئين والإشراف عليهم في ممارسات إدارة المخزون.
- إعداد التقارير عن حالة المخزون والتوصية بالتحسينات.

- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، شفهيًا وكتابيًا.
- كفاءة في برامج إدارة المخزون.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على التعامل مع التناقضات.
- معرفة قواعد سلامة الغذاء وأفضل الممارسات.
- القدرة على رفع وتحريك الأشياء الثقيلة بأمان.
- الاستعداد للعمل لساعات مرنة حسب الحاجة.
- موقف إيجابي وأخلاقيات عمل قوية.
- تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في دور مماثل ميزة.

- الخبرة مع الجمعيات التعاونية
- خبرة في إنتاج الأغذية والمشروبات
- العمل مع برنامج Odoo وERP
- اللغات: العربية والإنجليزية
