Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, Arabic and French are mandatory
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant departments
- Experience in ITO & OTR in a similar industry
- Minimum 6 years working experience as a Technical Lead
- Experience in customer relationship management, project implementation and technical analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية والفرنسية إلزامي
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الأقسام ذات الصلة
- خبرة في ITO وOTR في صناعة مماثلة
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 6 سنوات كمسؤول فني
- خبرة في إدارة علاقات العملاء وتنفيذ المشاريع والتحليل الفني
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتعامل مع الآخرين
الخصائص المرغوبة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
- أثبت قدرته على تحليل المشاكل وحلها.
- القدرة على توثيق البرامج وتخطيطها وتسويقها وتنفيذها.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع الراسخة.
