QA/QC Mechanical Engineer / Inspector
Job Description
- Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating
- Develop and maintain familiarity and appreciation of the capability and ongoing workload of Construction support providers/contractors.
- Develop and maintain functional responsibility for all construction and completions personnel in PMC
- Deliver piping engineering services that meet GS Construction, its customers, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
- Technical competence of piping / pipeline engineering personnel.
- piping / pipeline design integrity of works cope and maintenance of standards.
- Inter discipline communication development.
- piping / pipeline group communication development.
- Prepare mechanical man hour estimate to perform project tasks.
- Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancing initiatives.
- Identify and review new technology development which could be applicable in providing more cost effective facilities.
- Technical supervision of project designated mechanical engineers in the execution of their duty.
- Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
- Perform piping engineering services such as identify and report changes to project scope.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with minimum of 8 years total experience and minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role in oil and gas major projects
- Minimum 5 years total post-graduation experience
- Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in major oil and gas projects
- A proven track record and demonstrable success in the management of HSE in major projects.
Technical and Industry Experience
- Effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
- A good working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of piping engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- A good working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
- Competent use of piping engineering specific software and relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Engineering experience in the same or similar industry, and developing leadership skills.
- Some job site or factory experience.

المسمى الوظيفي
- تعزيز وتشجيع مشاركة البناء في مجالات التصميم الفني والجدول الزمني وتخطيط التنفيذ الأولي وتقدير التكاليف
- تطوير والحفاظ على الألفة والتقدير لقدرات وحجم العمل المستمر لمقدمي/مقاولي دعم البناء.
- تطوير والحفاظ على المسؤولية الوظيفية لجميع موظفي البناء والاستكمال في PMC
- تقديم خدمات هندسة الأنابيب التي تلبي متطلبات شركة GS Construction وعملائها والمواصفات القانونية والتنظيمية المعمول بها، في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية.
- الكفاءة الفنية لموظفي هندسة الأنابيب / خطوط الأنابيب.
- تصميم الأنابيب / خطوط الأنابيب وسلامة الأعمال والتوافق مع المعايير والحفاظ عليها.
- تطوير التواصل بين التخصصات.
- تطوير الاتصالات الجماعية الخاصة بالأنابيب/خطوط الأنابيب.
- إعداد تقدير ساعات العمل الميكانيكية لأداء مهام المشروع.
- تعزيز مبادرات خفض التكاليف وتعزيز الإنتاجية.
- تحديد ومراجعة تطوير التكنولوجيا الجديدة التي يمكن تطبيقها في توفير مرافق أكثر فعالية من حيث التكلفة.
- الإشراف الفني على المهندسين الميكانيكيين المعينين للمشروع أثناء تنفيذ واجباتهم.
- ضمان الجودة - المسؤول عن العمل ضمن أحكام وإرشادات نظام ضمان الجودة المتعلق بوحدة الأعمال، وما إلى ذلك
- تنفيذ خدمات هندسة الأنابيب مثل تحديد التغييرات في نطاق المشروع والإبلاغ عنها.
المتطلبات الإلزامية:
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة مع ما لا يقل عن 8 سنوات خبرة إجمالية وما لا يقل عن 4 سنوات خبرة في دور مماثل في مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبرى
- الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات من الخبرة الإجمالية بعد التخرج
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات بعد التخرج في مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبرى
- سجل حافل بالنجاحات الملموسة في إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المشاريع الكبرى.
الخبرة التقنية والصناعية
- المهارات الهندسية التقنية والعملية الفعالة والقدرة على تقديم عمل عالي الجودة ودقيق وفي الوقت المناسب لشركة Worley وعملائها.
- - معرفة عملية جيدة بالمتطلبات الأساسية لهندسة الأنابيب، والمتطلبات الأساسية لمجالات الهندسة الأخرى.
- معرفة عملية جيدة بالمعايير المحلية والدولية المعمول بها والمواصفات القانونية والتنظيمية.
- الاستخدام الكفء لبرامج هندسة الأنابيب المحددة والبرامج ذات الصلة مثل مجموعة MS Office.
- خبرة هندسية في نفس الصناعة أو صناعة مماثلة، وتطوير مهارات القيادة.
- بعض الخبرة في موقع العمل أو المصنع.
