DPW Manager(Fire Protection/Suppression)
Job Description:
Manages the fire alarm detection maintenance program for facilities. Has the overall responsibility for the maintenance and management of fire alarm systems.
- Responsible for development of a maintenance, test and inspection program, compliant with DOD and NFPA regulations.
- Develop a scope of work required for system repair, maintenance or expansion of alarm systems.
- Oversee work for system repair, maintenance or expansion, ensuring equipment provided and installed complies with the current NFPA standards and the National Electrical Code.
- Plans and directs lead alarm technician’s workload, performs quality assurance checks providing written reports to fire management.
- Supervises and documents acceptance testing of fire alarm systems.
- Coordinates work schedule and requirements with supervisors, schedules appointments for testing repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems with facility custodians.
- As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have a Secret Security Clearance
- Must hold a NICET Level II certification in fire alarm systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fire alarm system maintenance, testing, and management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, the National Electrical Code, and DOD regulations.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale maintenance programs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Automated Information Systems (AIS).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a government or military setting.

المسمى الوظيفي:
يدير برنامج صيانة الكشف عن إنذار الحرائق في المنشآت. ويتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن صيانة وإدارة أنظمة إنذار الحرائق.
- المسؤول عن تطوير برنامج الصيانة والاختبار والتفتيش، المتوافق مع لوائح وزارة الدفاع والجمعية الوطنية للحماية من الحرائق.
- تطوير نطاق العمل المطلوب لإصلاح النظام أو صيانته أو توسيع أنظمة الإنذار.
- الإشراف على أعمال إصلاح النظام أو صيانته أو توسيعه، والتأكد من أن المعدات المقدمة والمثبتة تتوافق مع معايير NFPA الحالية والرمز الكهربائي الوطني.
- يخطط ويوجه عبء عمل فني الإنذار الرئيسي، ويقوم بإجراء فحوصات ضمان الجودة وتقديم تقارير مكتوبة لإدارة الحرائق.
- يشرف على وتوثيق اختبارات قبول أنظمة إنذار الحرائق.
- تنسيق جدول العمل والمتطلبات مع المشرفين، وتحديد مواعيد اختبار وإصلاح وصيانة أنظمة إنذار الحريق مع حراس المنشأة.
- وفقًا لتوجيهات الإدارة، يجوز له الإشراف على الموظفين أو موظفي المقاولين من الباطن وفقًا للملحق "واجبات ومسؤوليات الإشراف العام".
المؤهلات:
- يجب أن يكون مواطنًا أمريكيًا
- يجب أن يكون لديك تصريح أمني سري
- يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة NICET المستوى الثاني في أنظمة إنذار الحرائق.
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صيانة أنظمة إنذار الحرائق واختبارها وإدارتها.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها من شهادة GED، أو مزيج معادل من التعليم والخبرة.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير NFPA، والرمز الكهربائي الوطني، ولوائح وزارة الدفاع.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة الفرق وإدارة برامج الصيانة واسعة النطاق.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم.
المؤهلات المفضلة:
- خبرة العمل مع أنظمة المعلومات الآلية (AIS).
- خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل ضمن إطار حكومي أو عسكري.
