Mechanical Engineer (HVAC and Plumbing)
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HVAC and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Conduct load calculations and system analysis to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Perform site inspections and oversee installation processes to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems during and after installation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance system designs.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and system performance.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills.

- تصميم وتطوير أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والسباكة للمشاريع السكنية والتجارية والصناعية.
- إجراء حسابات الأحمال وتحليل النظام لضمان الأداء الأمثل وكفاءة الطاقة.
- إعداد الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات باستخدام برنامج CAD.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لضمان أن التصاميم تلبي متطلبات العميل ومعايير الصناعة.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش الموقع والإشراف على عمليات التثبيت لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات التصميم.
- توفير الدعم الفني واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق أثناء التثبيت وبعده.
- ابق على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات وأفضل الممارسات لتحسين تصميمات النظام.
- المساعدة في إعداد ميزانيات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية.
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير عن تقدم المشروع وأداء النظام.
- المشاركة في برامج التدريب والتطوير لتعزيز المهارات المهنية.
